Take back a move
In chess you cannot take a move back. With an order you usually can. Here is how.
It is not what I expected
Start a return from the order page of the store you bought from. Their return window and conditions apply and are shown on that page.
It arrived damaged
Report it through the same order page, with photos if asked. The store arranges a replacement or refund.
A piece is missing
Check the lining and both drawers first: spare queens hide. If it is truly missing, request a replacement through the order page.
Something failed later
Warranty claims also go through the store that sold it, using your order record there.
It was a gift
Most stores offer gift returns from the gift receipt or order number. The giver can also start it for you.
