On the table

Some games happen in the back seat, on a tray table or on a blanket at the beach. For those we make the 12 by 12 inch board. The magnetic chessmen stay rooted to their squares through the bumps of the ride and only leave when a player lifts them, which suits kids and adults alike.

The set is made of kembat wood, with a clear pattern on the board and a smooth surface that is kind to fingers. Closed, it holds every piece in special slots inside, so there is no rattle in your bag and nothing gets damaged or lost on the way. Smoothed bases keep each move quiet and stop pieces from scratching the squares.

It is a game for two, small enough to carry anywhere and sturdy enough for long use. Wrap it as a gift or pack it for yourself, then open it wherever you land. Your move.
